I strongly recommend adding rewards for the other voting sites as well. At the moment reward is just for MMOTOP which is only in russian and requires an account. In other words, it's a pain in the ass for players who don't know russian to vote there.

So that mean points from votes can only be used to buy amulets, Rune of Transference, A shout, Smileys and Magic stones.
From what i see this would suggest a PAY TO WIN server.
