Hi there Two days ago I lost my old password because of updating my chrome. When I attempted to reset my password the confirmation email just could not send to my email account. Please fix that otherwise I am unable to make donations.

When I went to online payment for the gold donation, I received the message "You have initiated payment" but after clicking the status check I found the payment wasn't received. The older version of the donation does not have that issue, what I can do to resolve that issue?
