This time we're trying out a hybrid RUS/ENG guild since the current eng-speaking population in the server is not enough to even have a functioning guild, unfortunately.
But the good news is that we have a couple bilingual people in Alive who can help out connecting rus and eng players together.
At the moment we have no level or gear requirements and any Russian or eng-speaking player is free to join. We plan on challenging the bigger Russian guilds on territorial wars.
