linking main account to master not receiving email

i have linked my main account to my master account but i use the same email on both and, im not receiving the confirmation email , to finish the last verification step. , i am using hotmail , what is weird is i receive every other message from pw online like notification, but the verification mail is not showing

On the mail specified when binding a game account you should have a letter. Does it come?

Any alternative way i can link my account if i can't receive the confirmation mail.

I am having same issue and I know of 1 other person in game having the same issue. I too have tried linking my main character account to my new master account (using the same email) and I receive no verification email. I have also tried linking my alt accounts but the same thing happens. I have an open ticket in my control panel but have not received a response in a couple days.
