Is there a way i can translate the stuff from the shop on the website ,i know some of the stuff there is obvious like gem and charm but for the items that cost 2000 silver and 750 silver i have no idea what it give , i ended up buying the 750 silver item and when i used it ingame i got a oracle lll book

Is there a program i could download to translate what peoples are saying in russia in the chat when i am in the game the catshop are really hard to navigate trough to find what you are looking for , i end up just checking all of them

I just check all catshops too, I don't think there are any programs that will translate in game.
