Unable to open equipment set tokens

Hi, I have 2 questions:

1) I'm unable to use the equipment set tokens that came from the perfect chest. There is no appropriate quest at the mailbox for these equipment tokens. Please screenshots for details.

2) We all start the game with 100 diamonds to spend in the boutique fitting room. Assuming we run out of diamonds at some point, how can we get these diamonds replenished?

The tokens are used in the same way as the vanilla weapon tokens.
At the mailbox.

The diamonds are replenished with a daily quest that makes you wait for an hour (75+)

Кстати да, на англ клиенте тоже заметил этот баг, нет квеста у почтового ящика чтоб шмот получить за талоны. И это было неделю с лишним назад, но чет подзабыл тогда написать

If you look at the screenshots, you will see that the mailbox does not offer quests for these tokens.
