Questions about the server :)

Hello everyone.
I'd like to know what kind of server is this. I haven't played PW for years and I kinda missed the old times :3
This one looks pretty great one altough this is russian server and I am a bit lost, but hopefully i found English section.

So can anyone please tell me what kind of server is it? Is it like classic PWI server where you have to start from level 0 and u just keep on leveling,growing and farming until you are level 100?
Hope i get the reply soon, coz i kinda wanna start download, but idk if its worth it so, yeah

Hey. yes, this is the server where you start from scratch, but Experience, Spirit, Coins with monsters x15. Experience, Spirit, Coins from assignments x5. Further at start you will have the status "Reasonable" (29 respect), 300 reputation, Modified box (good bonuses every 5 lvl) and some more good changes
