Information We Process
PWOnline processes account information, login session data, technical request data, security logs, gameplay account identifiers, and website activity needed to operate account services and protect the server.
Payment and Code Evidence
When you redeem a Gamepoints code, PWOnline records fulfillment evidence such as the code, account ID, Gold amount, redemption status, redemption time, IP address, user-agent hash, provider response, and related credit logs.
PWOnline does not process PayPal card or wallet credentials for Gamepoints purchases. PayPal payment processing and code issuance are handled by Gamepoints.
How We Use Information
We use this information to authenticate users, provide account services, credit digital Gold, prevent duplicate code redemption, investigate fraud or chargebacks, handle support requests, secure the website, and comply with payment or legal obligations.
Sharing
When needed for payment disputes, fraud prevention, or support, PWOnline may share fulfillment evidence with Gamepoints, PayPal, payment processors, card networks, hosting providers, or other service providers involved in the dispute or service operation.
Security and Retention
We keep operational and fulfillment logs for as long as needed to provide the service, resolve disputes, prevent abuse, and meet legal or payment-processing requirements.
