PWOnline Account and Service
PWOnline provides access to a private game server, account services, website account tools, and related digital features. Access may change during updates, maintenance, testing, balance adjustments, anti-abuse work, or service incidents.
Gameplay changes, server maintenance, beta resets, temporary downtime, bug fixes, balance changes, and content updates do not by themselves mean that a digital item was not delivered.
Payments and Digital Gold
PWOnline may offer optional paid access to digital Gold for PWOnline accounts. Available payment methods, prices, bonuses, limits, and availability are shown on the PWOnline donation page and may change over time.
Gold is a digital in-game credit used for PWOnline account and in-game features. Gold has no cash value and cannot be exchanged, withdrawn, resold, transferred outside supported PWOnline tools, or converted to money.
A payment is for delivery of digital Gold to a PWOnline account. It is not a guarantee of uninterrupted access, bug-free gameplay, a specific server balance state, rank, outcome, or permanent availability of any feature.
PWOnline does not store full card, PayPal wallet, or bank credentials. Depending on the selected method, payment processing may be handled by external providers such as Gamepoints, NOWPayments, Pally, PayPal, card networks, or crypto payment processors.
Code Redemption and Fulfillment
Some payment methods may provide a prepaid or redeemable code. For PayPal code purchases, Gamepoints currently processes the payment and issues the code.
PWOnline fulfills the digital item after a valid code is redeemed on pwonline.org by a logged-in PWOnline account. A successful redemption marks the code as used with the provider when applicable and credits Gold to the PWOnline account that submitted the code.
The user is responsible for redeeming the code on the intended PWOnline account. Once Gold is credited to that account, the digital item is considered delivered.
Refund and Chargeback Policy
PWOnline reviews refund and delivery issues based on whether the purchased digital Gold was delivered to the PWOnline account. Credited Gold is final and non-refundable except where required by law or where the purchased digital item was not delivered.
After a code is successfully redeemed and Gold is credited, the digital item has been delivered. If credited Gold is transferred, spent, consumed, or otherwise used in game, the fulfilled digital item cannot be returned in its original state.
If a payment dispute, chargeback, or refund request is opened after Gold has been delivered or used, PWOnline may provide fulfillment evidence to the relevant payment provider, payment processor, card network, PayPal, Gamepoints, or other dispute handler. This evidence may include code status, redemption time, account ID, login name, IP address, user-agent hash, Gold amount, credit logs, and usage records.
Account Abuse and Payment Risk
PWOnline may suspend access to account services, restrict Gold transfers, reverse unused credited Gold, or apply other account actions when it detects payment abuse, code abuse, fraud, duplicate redemption attempts, unauthorized access, or chargeback abuse.
These actions are intended to protect the service, other players, and payment partners. They do not limit rights that cannot be waived under applicable law.
