Learn how to use the website teleport feature when your character is stuck, unable to move, or needs to return safely to a starter area.

What This Feature Does

The Character Teleport feature allows you to move one of your characters to their class starter location directly from the website.

This is a self-service tool made for situations where your character is stuck, cannot move properly, or cannot continue playing from their current position. Instead of waiting
for manual support, you can safely move the character back to a known starter area.

Only the character’s location is changed. Your level, items, quests, Gold, coins, and other character progress are not reset.

When You Should Use It

Use the teleport feature if:

  • Your character is stuck in terrain, objects, or an unreachable place.
  • Your character keeps returning to the same position after moving.
  • You cannot use skills, town portal, or normal teleport options.
  • You were disconnected and the character now loads into a bad position.
  • You need to recover a character without waiting for staff assistance.

This feature is not intended as a regular travel system. It is mainly a recovery tool for characters that cannot continue playing normally.

What Happens If My Character Is Online?

If the selected character is currently online, the website may briefly disconnect it so the location can be updated safely.

After the teleport is completed, wait a short moment and then log back into the game. Your character should appear at the class starter location.

How to Teleport Your Character

1. Open the account page: https://pwonline.org/account?tab=characters

2. Log in to your website account if you are not logged in yet.

3. Go to the Characters tab.

4. Find the character you want to move.

5. Press the Teleport button on that character card.

6. Confirm the action when the website asks:
Teleport this character to the class starter location?

7. Wait until the button finishes processing.

8. If the teleport is successful, you will see a message such as:
Moved to starter area

9. Start the game or log back into your character.

What You Should See After Teleporting

After the process is complete, your character will be moved to a starter area that matches its class.

Your character will keep:

  • Current level
  • Inventory items
  • Equipment
  • Quests
  • Coins and other progress

The feature only changes the character’s position.

Why the Feature May Not Work

The teleport may be unavailable if:

  • The game server is temporarily unavailable.
  • Your account is restricted.
  • The character has an active login restriction.
  • The character is already being edited or moved.
  • The website cannot safely verify the character state.

If this happens, wait a few minutes and try again. If the problem continues, contact support and include:

  • Your character name
  • What happened before the issue
  • The message shown on the website
